With or without the high level Reiki balancing treatment (Karuna-Seichem)
In each lesson you receive a detailed explanation and personal tasks that you must answer, deal with and apply in a practical way, and this is not an experimental game that lasts a few days. You go through a process of releases and changes, which is long and requires courage, patience, perseverance, self-discipline, and of course an expression of inner and sincere intention for change and progress. You must take responsibility for your practical application in everyday life
You learn to change your behaviors and the automatic responses you received from your parents and the environment in your childhood on the issues of relationships, money, work, health, and self-esteem, and how to change them. You learn what you do with your time, overcoming low self-esteem and weaknesses, what is the behavior of a controlling and controlled person in different situations, and dependency. What is your body language and speech style, what are the ways of thinking and beliefs that limit you, problems with addictions and obsessions, how to be stable and supportive parents for your children, overcoming physical, verbal and emotional violent behavior, dealing with situations of anger, pressure, accusations, fears, threats, despair, depression, how to get out of recurring problems and dramas, dealing with your weaknesses and more.
